Listening – Day 7

Bartók_Béla_1927

The following week, we will take a listen to Béla Viktor János Bartók – the great Romanian composer! Here’s a check-in on tips to make the best out of this listening experience:

  1. BE ALONE – Good listening occurs in absolute silence with no distractions and no talking. Be alone with the music.
  2. HOPE – There is always a message in music, hope to receive it.
  3. THE HEART – While listening well, take note of how music changes and inspires you. Write it down in a journal and be observant of how it makes us better human beings.

Here’s my favorite ofBéla Viktor János Bartók to start the week.
