A month in Mexico and no tacos

Don’t ask me why, but a month into Mexico and we have had no sign of Tacos. For whatever reason, the cooks in the seminary kitchen have not made any at yet, so on this 4th of July weekend, I am enjoying that which is set before me. Happy Independence Day!!

    Yum! That’s better than tacos..Missing you a lot especially tonight when we watch the fireworks by the church’s parking lot, as Father Eric celebrates his birthday (with a chosen few). God bless.
