What paschal has to do with us?

“Open the gates of victory; I will enter and thank the Lord.” Psalm 118:19

All of us, believer or not, we are all looking for something. We all look to be accepted, to belong, to achieve. We all look for fulfillment. Many of us are often deafened by the sounds of so many who tell us go in countless directions in that search.

Today, is the celebration of Paschal joy! It lasts for 50 days because of the immense joy contained in this Easter Event. If we take time to search the empty tomb, that emptiness gives us meaning —- it answers the deepest and most profound questions of our life.

May we use these days of joy to find the meaning of life in Christ Jesus. Let the stories of his Resurrection move us to change out of a deep love for Him. Blessed Paschal Season to all!
