When I was …. did you?

One does not need to look very far to see the devastation that has hit the land of Nepal. It is known for its many mountains and temples near Tibet and India. Many pass through this city as they trek to the Everest.

The people of this country have been hit by an earthquake and its aftershock. The death toll, according to news sources, has reached over 2000 people. In a moment like this, though we may be on the other side of the globe, our hearts are stirred by the Spirit of God to remember them. For though they are people we may never meet, in an eternal and real sense, they are our brothers and sisters. They are our spiritual siblings who call out for our help. As we consider this truth, we recall the Lord’s teaching in Matthew 25 to care for those who need us and in doing so, we minister to him! #Prayers
