JR Jaldon on that pilgrimage with Jesus

IMG_1089It was an epic experience to return to this historical stomping grounds once tended by the friars who dawned the white habit. Dominicans no longer run Saint Vincent Ferrer, yet the mystique of the Dominicans are still present with the symbols permanently marked onto the old aged building.

Tonight we made a pilgrimage to spend some time with the Eucharistic Lord in Adoration. We left that evening knowing that Christ was etched into our hearts more deeply than when we first entered the oldest Church in Vallejo. Standing with Jesus, walking with him, and kneeling before him —- it’s the very pattern of the Christian life.
