The Beautiful Life of a priest

IMG_7101

His birthday falls on November 1, hence the name: Father Santos.

His name is truly a reflection of who he is, a holy man. He spent many happy years serving with Archbishop Oscar Romero. Over the past year, he has shared many stories with me of his journey in the priesthood, his friends who have died in ministry and his journey to Saint Raphael Parish. He has allowed me to give reflections for his Masses this past year, a gift that I will always remember. Above all, I will remember his kindness towards me, his deep sense of communion with God. As my days come to a close I give thanks to God for this man and this priest.   More to come …
