O Oriens

“O Radiant Dawn, splendor of eternal light, sun of justice: come, shine on those who dwell in darkness and the shadow of death.”

At His coming, no one will live in darkness. All will be fully revealed for the light has come, has broken through in the middle of so much pain and hurt. Even the angels kneel in wonder of God’s great deed that light from light has come forth through the virgin womb, so that He can live in relationship with us. A new beginning is approaching …

“The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; upon those who dwelt in the land of gloom a light has shown.” (Isaiah 9:1)
