Blessed Charles de Foucauld was on the mark when he stated: ‎“As soon as I believed that God existed, I understood that I could do nothing else but live for him alone.”

Christmas. The day and the season all people celebrate God’s coming into history. We needed a Savior, so he came to us. He came to be in relationship with us. If he had not sought us out, we would have never been found.

Amidst all the celebration today, welcome Christ into your heart as Mary and Joseph knock tonight. He is born for us. He is the definition of our existence.

“How can we find words to praise your dignity O Virgin Mary, for he whom the very heavens cannot contain, you carried in your womb.”
